Location Tours

If you are unfamiliar with the island and cannot decide which area would be most suited to your requirements, a tour of specific areas may help to establish which region is best for you.

Charges are 350 euros per half day or 600 euros per day but may vary depending on your specific requirements. This charge will be fully refunded on completion of the purchase contract. Videos

As part of our service we, with the vendors permission, take many photographs of all properties inspected. You may also wish to receive a video of certain properties before your inspection visit to help you decide which are most suitable.

Keyhole Property Search S.L.. can supply a professional video of the properties of your choice. Prices may vary depending on the size and location of the property. Prices start at 550 Euros per property and will normally take between two and seven days to produce.

3D Imaging

With the benefits of advanced technology, we use the services of a specialist company which produces 3D plans and visual imaging of new build properties.

Again prices vary depending on the size of the property and location, however prices start at 800 Euros and a 3D project normally takes a minimum of two weeks to produce.

Viewing by Boat

Mallorca is an interesting and delightful island to see from all aspects and viewing from the sea offers a beautiful and alternative perspective on properties and their surroundings.

Prices vary depending on the area, type of boat and length of trip. A quotation is available on request for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing and different way of searching for their new home.

Viewing from Above

One of the most popular ways to view the island or selected areas in particular, is by helicopter. More and more clients use this service as it provides a fast and cost effective way of taking in a considerable amount of visual and photographic information.

Prices vary, but if you are interested we will be happy to provide a quotation. As a guide, a thirty minute trip normally costs around 500 euros.
